Q: “My shipping address is different to the one in my confirmation e-mail.”
A: If you have paid using Paypal, your confirmation email may default to the shipping address associated with your Paypal account. Don’t worry. We use the shipping address you entered at the checkout.
Q: “I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail.”
A: This can only happen if you didn’t enter your e-mail address at the checkout stage of your order, or if your e-mail was spelled incorrectly. Please e-mail email@example.com with your full name and we will send you your order confirmation.
Q: “Some of your tights are bigger than my size. Will they still fit?”
A: The chances are, yes. Our tights are very elastic and the sizes we give are the largest size the tights will stretch to rather than the smallest size they contract to.
Q: “How can I pay?”
A: Debit card, credit card, PayPal or cheque. We don’t accept Maestro cards.
Q: “How quickly will I get my parcel?”
A: In normal times: We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2:30pm, on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and all parcels are sent by 1st class Royal Mail post. You should receive you parcel within 2 to 3 days, but most arrive the next day. For orders being sent abroad, see shipping link at the footer of each page. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived.
